Our UK Mugs orders have a shipping time of 4-6 business days and our UK Coasters orders have a shipping time of 7-12 business days so it won't be long before the gift card receiver can purchase and receive their product.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable. However, we have a 30-day return policy for every other product, which means if you're not happy with what you've received, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
