When can I expect my order?

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Our Mugs have a shipping time of 4-6 business days and our Coasters have a shipping time of 7-12 business days.

How do I change my order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please visit our Contact Us page to begin your product exchange or to change your order. If your order has already shipped then you may need to receive the product first and then return it to us.

Return, Refund and Exchange Questions

How do I return a product?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@bloodygoodmugs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bloodygoodmugs.com.
